One Home for the Whole Journey

From your free class to Embodied Vocal Mastery — a single connected system, built so you can run it yourself, with help from your own AI.

The Idea

Everything in one place, talking to itself.

Right now the pieces of your funnel live in different places — Squarespace, an old Mailchimp list, a Stripe account with nothing plugged into it. This proposal brings them into one connected home: your free class, your low-ticket offer, your live workshops, and Embodied Vocal Mastery all live in the same system, wired to talk to each other automatically.

Someone enters their email once, and everything downstream — the welcome sequence, the retargeting, the course access — just happens. No separate tracking hire, no five logins to keep straight, and when you want something changed, you ask your AI instead of hiring someone.

The Roadmap

Built in the order you're already launching.

Five stages, each one live before the next begins. Nothing waits on everything else being finished.

First

Foundation goes in

Next

Free class funnel live

Shortly after

Low-ticket offer live

Mid-August

Live workshops open

Before Sept 22

Embodied Vocal Mastery launch-ready

Stage 1

Foundation

Your domain moves onto the new system, Stripe and Kit (the email tool replacing Mailchimp) get connected live, and tracking — Meta Pixel, Google Analytics — goes in across every page.

The plumbing nobody sees. Everything after this depends on it.

Stage 2

Free Class Funnel

The landing page for your free class, gated behind an email opt-in, plus the welcome sequence that follows — so the moment someone signs up, they're in a real nurture flow, not silence.

Your list starts growing, and Meta ads have somewhere real to send people.

Stage 3

Low-Ticket Offer

A sales page for your $39 offer (working title: "Master Your Favorite Song"), checkout, and automatic delivery — plus a follow-up sequence for anyone who starts checkout and doesn't finish.

Your first real revenue, and proof the system converts before the bigger bet.

Stage 4

Live Workshops

Registration pages for your mid-August workshops, with reminders and replay access built in for anyone who registers.

Warms your list right up to the course launch.

Stage 5

Embodied Vocal Mastery Launch

The course sales page and checkout, capped at 30 (with a simple counter so you can watch it fill). The moment someone enrolls, they're sent a personal access link by email — no password to set up — that brings them straight to their materials, session links, and recordings.

The whole journey, closed. This is what makes the money.

What We Need From You

A few accounts, and whatever's already in your head.

None of this is heavy — most of it is ten minutes of setup on your end. The sooner these are in hand, the sooner each stage above can actually go live instead of waiting on a login.

Accounts & Access

  • Stripe access You mentioned you already have a separate Stripe account — invite me as a team member with developer access (Stripe → Settings → Team) so I can connect checkout directly. If you don't have one yet, it's about ten minutes to set up at stripe.com.
  • A Kit account Sign up at kit.com (free to start) — this replaces the old Mailchimp for automated email. Once it's set up, generate an API key under Settings → Developer and send it my way through a password manager share, not plain email.
  • Domain access Access to wherever your domain is currently managed — likely inside Squarespace, under Domains — so it can be pointed at the new system. Or, once everything's built and tested, I'll hand you the one or two DNS records to change yourself.
  • Your Meta Pixel ID Found in Meta Events Manager. This is enough to start — deeper ad-account access can follow once you're actually running ads.

Content & Creative

  • Near-final copy, page by page Your voice, your words — I'll shape it for conversion, not rewrite it. Two or three rounds of edits, not thirty.
  • The free class recording Whenever it's ready — this is what the whole funnel is built to deliver.
  • Sales videos For the free offer and the low-ticket funnel — the ones you mentioned still need filming.
  • A couple of reference sales pages From mentors whose style you admire, so I can match tone and format while keeping it entirely yours.
  • Final course price & payment-plan decision Confirming $899 (or your final number), and whether to offer a 3-payment plan at checkout alongside pay-in-full.

Nothing here needs to arrive all at once — send what you have, and I'll build around it in the order things are actually launching. Anything I still need for a given stage, I'll ask for directly before that stage starts.

Investment

One number, paid as it goes live.

The full system — every stage above, built and connected — comes to a flat total, weighted toward the back half so you're never paying ahead of what's working.

$2,000 total

Across three milestones

Included: every page and system above, all automation and tracking wiring, and a system you can keep asking your AI to update afterward.

Not included: filming any video, ad spend or campaign management on Meta, and original copywriting — those stay yours, and I'll shape whatever you send.

Why Not Just Stay on Squarespace

A quick word on the approach.

Squarespace is genuinely good at being a brand site. It wasn't built for funnels, tagged email automation, or checkout tracking — which means bolting those on means four or five separate tools, each with its own bill, each one you'd click through by hand.

Patchwork

Squarespace for the site, a separate email tool, a separate tracking hire, a separate course platform — four logins, nothing talking to the others.

One system

Everything — site, funnel, email, checkout, course access — in one place, connected, and manageable by asking your AI instead of hiring someone each time.

Next Step

Let's build it.

Take a look and let me know it feels right — or tell me what to adjust. Once you confirm and send over the accounts above, I'll get started on Foundation and the free class funnel right away.
